The venue has not been confirmed, but it will be in or near Oslo. Oslo has many great conference locations.

Visa information: 

Citizens of Schengen countries can enter Norway without a visa. The same applies to foreign nationals with a residence permit from any Schengen country.

Oslo has a large number of hotels to suit a range of budgets.  Suggestions and recommendations for hotels will appear here in due time.
