Did you miss our abstract deadline? We are still accepting poster abstracts, and a limited number of oral presentations.

Early-bird registration deadline: 15/06/2026
Final deadline: 24/07/2026
Reduced fee for Ph.D. students: 4300 NOK + 25% VAT = 5375 NOK
Early-bird fee: 5800 NOK + 25% VAT = 7250 NOK
Full fee (after 15/06/2026): 6800 NOK + 25% VAT = 8500 NOK
Currently the fees can be invoiced, or paid by bank transfer. We also offer a card payment option.
Fee includes conference dinner, lunches, coffee breaks. It excludes travel and hotel costs.
