The maximum recommended size for posters is A0 in portrait format.

The width of the posters must not exceed 890 mm (A0 width is 841 mm)

The height of the poster is not recommended to exceed 1200 mm (but the poster boards can accommodate up to 1800 mm)

We will supply sticky tape and pins for securing the posters. If you need special fixants, then please bring them

If you have special requirements, then please let us know.

Posters should be set up on Monday and remain in-place until Thursday evening.

If you have problems printing or bringing your poster, then please let us know. We have a limited capacity to print posters in A1 format at short notice.

There is a prize fund of €2000 for posters, so please try to win!

Plenary talks are 40 minutes (plus 5 mins for questions and switchover) 

Invited talks are 25 minutes (plus 5 mins for questions and switchover) 

Contributed talks are 12 minutes (plus 3 mins for questions and switchover)

We will ask all contibuted speakers to upload their talks in advance to minimise wasted time between presentations [information to follow soon].

There is a prize fund of €1000 for the best talk(s) from early stage career scientists!
